With a macro-based nutrition plan with a swap out system included in the challenge, you won’t have to skip out on Halloween candy or your mom’s pumpkin pie completely to stay on track and get results!

8 Weeks. The challenge runs from October 20th, 2019 – December 20th, 2019.
YES! This is our FIRST EVER challenge where we are going to be including at an at-home version as well as a gym version on the workout routines!
We base our final winners off of transformation photos. With many out-of-state members, there is no accurate, fair, and simple way to base winners off of body stats such as total weight loss/gain, measurements or body fat %. Therefore, transformation photos are the best way to assess progress.
No. The nutrition guide is going to be a nutrition template with swap out system.
Yes! For the first time ever, we are offering an optional upgrade of customized macros by Hannah with weekly macro adjustments as needed.
The biggest mistake we see others making with their training is changing up their workouts too frequently. You do not get stronger training this way and getting stronger is what changes your body. For that reason, we will have two workout programs, that you will alternate every 2 weeks for the 8 week program.
