Hannah Customizes Macro Plans for Each Individual to Get the Best Results, Creating Better Eating and Fitness Habits.​

Hannah’s Macro Coaching breaks away from the typical cookie cutter meal plan and allows flexibility in choosing the foods YOU want. She takes pride in that she always hops on a phone call with potential clients BEFORE they sign on in order to ensure they will be a good fit to work together. Once signed on, you will be granted access to Fluence Fits training app where your customized macro numbers and her macro tracking program will be uploaded into your account. From this app, you will also have 24-7 messaging abilities, weekly accountability check in’s with Hannah, and the ability to upload body stats, progress photos, and more. Based on your progress, Hannah will make the necessary adjustments to either your program or macro numbers in order to keep you moving in the right direction.
