YES! Our challenges now include an at-home version as well as a gym version of all of the workout routines!
We base our final winners off of transformation photos. With many out-of-state members, there is no accurate, fair, and simple way to base winners off of body stats such as total weight loss/gain, measurements or body fat %. Therefore, transformation photos are the best way to assess progress.
No. The nutrition guide is going to be a nutrition template with swap out system.
Yes! We are offering an optional upgrade of personally customized macros by Hannah with weekly macro adjustments as needed.
The biggest mistake we see others making with their training is changing up their workouts too frequently. You do not get stronger training this way and getting stronger is what changes your body. For that reason, we will have two workout programs, that you will alternate every 2 weeks for the 8 week program.
